LIVE BIGGER BONUS PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion Period: Starts 24.10.2024 and ends 5pm 23.12.2024. To be eligible for the $10,000 Live Bigger Bonus Offer, place an Expression of Interest ($1,000 fully refundable deposit) on a Participating Home at Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort by 24.11.2024. Settlement must be complete no later than 23.12.24. Participating Homes: Sites 82, 83A, 86, 87, 92A and 101. The $10,000 Bonus Offer is a sum of 6 months zero weekly site fee or 12 months half rate weekly site fee. Site fee offer commences the day of settlement and runs consecutively until the offer period ends, no pause of the site fee offer is available. Site fee offer is not transferable or refundable if a portion of the offer goes unused. The plantation shutters offer does not apply to the Kingfish (Home Site 87). Plantation shutters offer is for selected rooms and excludes bathrooms, laundries and sliding doors where Serenitas deems them unsuitable. Serenitas selects the material and colour scheme for the plantation shutters. Bonus Offer is valued at up to $10,000. Bonus Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
